REGISTRATION
INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS
Registration is closed for individual players, however there may be room for your child if there is an open spot
on a team for them in your area. Email technical@footballmanitoba.com with the following information and
we will get back to you right away to let you know.
– Child’s birth year to confirm age group
– Area of the city you live to check team availability
– Whether there are friends they want to play with or “any available spot“

IF YOU ARE JOINING A SPECIFIC TEAM
and have the Registration Join code to register from your coach…
use the Players with a Team link below as that form is still open – only for those invited by a coach of the team.
This does not apply to Small Groups (codes beginning with “SG”). If you have a Code with SG please follow the steps above for Individual Players.
DO YOU HAVE A CODE ALREADY?
If you are part of a Small group you were provided a registration code starting with “SG“. Please use the Individual Players / Small Group form as that code will not work on the Players with a Team form. CLOSED
If your coach provided you with a code that begins with any other letters (ie. WXYZ1234) use the Players with a Team link as the code will not work on the Individuals or Small Groups form. Codes found in the mobile app are not the correct codes to use for registration. ie. WXYZ-1234 (codes with a “-“between the letters and numbers)
PLAYERS WITH A TEAM
PLAYERS INVITED BY A COACH
Some teams are registered with specific players in mind, whether it is a hockey, tackle football or other sport team wanting to play flag football.
To register on a specific team and be placed on the roster automatically you will need the Registration Join Code that was sent to whoever created the team.
You will not be able to register for the team unless your coach has registered the team and provided you with the Registration Code. CONTACT YOUR COACH!
Codes beginning with “SG” will not work on this form as that is a small group code.
SMALL GROUPS
LINK FRIENDS TOGETHER
Sometimes you have a group of friends that all want to play together but don’t have enough for a full team. You can register as a Small Group to link everyone together.
All group members will be assigned to the same team providing they are all in the same age division (members of the group must register within 7 days of each other otherwise keeping everyone together cannot be guaranteed).
STEP 1 – One member of the group must register first and “Create a Small Group)
STEP 2 – A Small Group Code will be emailed to the group creator to be shared with the remaining friends.
STEP 3 – Remaining players will select “Join a Small Group” and enter the code provided to them.
